These are our most requested
packages and their fees to give you an idea. All our wedding packages are priced per wedding NOT per hour. We can customize
a package to meet your exact needs.
Elopement Packages Our elopement packages are for very small, short notice weddings.
You just want to get married, nothing fancy but you don't want to go to a courthouse. Cannot be booked
after a complimentary in person consultation. Booking and planning is all done by phone or email. Usually booked
within 1 month of wedding and subject to our availability
Package #1 You come to our wedding venue, Wild Rose No in person pre-planning sessions-all
planning done by phone or email You bring your license and 2 witnesses to our home We have a formal living room with a beautiful fireplace or our
beautiful outdoor patio in nice weather You may bring up to 8 guests We can provide music, some decorations and take several digital
photos We
will perform a short pre-written traditional wedding ceremony, assist with filling out our paperwork and file it for you We will be dressed in appropriate attire We require 24 hrs notice for this service

Package #2 We come to your home or a nearby location
within a 65 mile radius You have your license and 2 witnesses Less then 20 guests, 2 attendants..VERY SMALL WEDDING No in person pre-planning session, all planning by email or phone We perform a short pre-written traditional
wedding ceremony, assist with filling out your paperwork and file it for you We will be dressed in appropriate attire You pay for any extra fees involved including ferry fees, parking fees or
tickets for entrance to your location if needed We require 48 hrs notice for this service, subject to availability........Mon-Thurs...$195/
Fri-Sun...$245/ Major Holidays...$280 $100 deposit and balance due 30 days prior to ceremony, pay through Paypal or fee paid
in cash at time of ceremony if booked less then 10 days prior to ceremony.
Small Customized Wedding Officiating Package #3 - For smaller, more intimate weddings - less then 60 guests, 2-4 attendants
- One planning session one or two months prior to your wedding
- We provide ceremony and vow samples for you to choose

- Help you create personalized
vows to add to your ceremony
- One ceremony
add-on such as a unity candle or rose ceremony
- You will receive a final draft of your ceremony 2 weeks prior to your wedding for your approval
- We will travel to your wedding site within a 65 mile radius and
will arrive 45 minutes prior to the ceremony to coordinate with your other vendors
- We will gladly travel further but charge an extra .55 cent a mile
- We will be dressed in appropriate wedding attire
- We will conduct your ceremony, assist in filling out your paperwork
and will file it for you

Standard
Customized Wedding Officiating Package #4 - For medium to large weddings, more then 60 guests
- We schedule one to two planning session several months before your wedding to help plan your
ceremony and help customize your vows
- We
provide ceremony and wedding vow samples for ideas
- We help create a customized ceremony with personal and heartfelt vows
- We can help include children, family, friends or pets in your ceremony
- You may include a unity candle, water, sand and/or rose ceremony
- Give you music ideas and help choreograph the processional and
placements of attendants
- Your
wedding can be anything you wish it to be
- You
will receive a final draft of your ceremony 2 weeks prior to your wedding for your approval
- We will travel up to a 100 mile radius and will arrive one hour prior
to your ceremony to coordinate with your other vendors
- We will gladly travel beyond 100 miles but we charge an extra .55 a mile for gas.

and file it for you
- We are available

Wedding Day Coordination Package #5 For the bride that wants to do most of her own planning (with professional guidance) but wants to
relax and enjoy her day! We help with the planning but most of our work happens the day of the wedding, we handle all the
wedding day details and make sure it all goes smoothly.
- We schedule two or more planning sessions over the months prior to
your wedding, depending on the size of your wedding
- Give
you ideas and suggestions for your ceremony and reception planning
- Give you money saving tips and ideas
- Give
recommendations for caterers, bakers, DJ's, florists and photographers
- Give etiquette advice for invitations, RSVP cards and thank you cards
- We can help with choosing colors, themes, dresses, tux's, music and menus
- Once you book them, we can go over all your vendor contracts and contact
them 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding to find out their set up details
- We prepare a wedding day time-line for you and give one to all your vendors
- We can help choreograph your processional and wedding line-up
- We attend and coordinate your rehearsal, making sure your attendants know their duties
- We arrive up to 3 hrs prior to your wedding to work with your vendors
and to oversee decorating and set up
- We help keep
everyone on schedule, handle problems as they arise and make sure all members of the wedding party are picture perfect
- We come equipped with our Bridal E-Kit which contains everything to handle most any
emergency that may come up, plus snacks and water for the bride
- We reserve the whole day of the wedding to be available if needed
- We will travel up to a 100 mile radius, beyond that we charge an extra .55 per mile for gas.
- We oversee and direct all the details of your wedding and reception to make
sure you keep to your time-line and your wedding goes as planned
- We stay until the reception is over and all vendors have packed up and left

Complete Wedding Day Coordination & Officiant
Package #6
- Receive a 10% discount when you book a complete wedding day coordination package and
a customized wedding officiant package. Cannot be combined with other discounts...sorry.
Weddings at Wild Rose
- All packages at Wild Rose include a customized wedding ceremony and full day of event
coordination on our two acre private estate at no extra charge.
- Parking for up to 80 cars, ceremony site with wedding arch, seating for your guests, guest book and gift
table, cake table, beverage bar, restroom facilities, brides room, event staff, set up of tables and chairs, clean up,
outdoor music and PA system.
- Depending
on your package, you can have the use of our facility for up to 12 hours plus up to 1 1/2 hours for your rehearsal
a day or two before, we want to give you plenty of time to decorate and get ready.
- Options we can add include reception tables and chairs for guests, tenting, centerpieces,
full wedding planning services.
- We allow you to provide
your own food and beverages or you can use an outside caterer but we do not offer any cooking facilities. We do have
a small refrigerator and ice chests for your use and will help with menu selection and set up.
- We allow pets to be included in your ceremony as long as they are on a lease
or are VERY well trained.
- Our site is perfect
for small to medium size weddings during our summer months, we also offer use of our site for photos sessions, family reunions,
office picnics and luaus.
- During the cooler months
we can still do small weddings on our patio or use our front room plus set up tents with heaters.
- Our prices start at $500 and we pride ourselves on offering you a great value
for your money. We will customize a package for you depending on your exact needs... you do not pay for anything you
do not need.
- Weddings
do not have to be ridiculously expensive and we will help you save money while having the beautiful wedding of your
dreams.
- Renewal and Commitment Ceremonies
- We can help you plan a beautiful renewal ceremony
or a commitment ceremony. Much of the planning involved is the same as a wedding ceremony but there are no licenses to obtain
or paperwork to file.
Please contact us..we would love to help you plan the perfect ceremony.
Extras We can travel anywhere you need us but we do charge 55. a mile
beyond the allotted miles in your package..we calculate mileage using mapquest and charge one way .....not round-trip. We also add any ferry fares or event ticket prices if needed to get to your wedding ceremony site. If you need help
with anything else we can add it to any of our packages and will give you a quote upon request.
We can customize
a package to include: Planning your bridal shower, bachelor, bachelorette parties or rehearsal dinner Assist with
hotel reservations and transportation for your out of town guests Arrange transportation for your wedding party Design
and address save the date cards, invitations and thank you cards
We offer a 10% discount if package
is paid for in full at time of booking.
