Q: WHAT DOES "OFFICIANT" MEAN? A:
Someone who is legally authorized
to preside over/perform a couple's wedding ceremony.
Q: WHAT kind of OFFICIANTS are we? A:Modern nondenominational minister/civil officiants. "Officiants"
are known and called by many different names: wedding officiant, wedding minister, wedding officiator, marriage officiator,
marriage minister, marriage officiant, marriage official, wedding clergy, marriage clergy, wedding celebrant, celebrant, wedding
officiate, justice of the peace, JP, civil officiant and reverend. We are legally ordained through the Universal Life Church.
Q: What is the Universal Life Church?
A: The Universal Life Church & ULC Seminary, Inc., is
a non-denominational church that believes that we are all spirits in bodies, seeking and discovering our own personal truth
in our own unique way.
For many of us, that truth
is found through Jesus Christ, Buddha or The Divine, while still others find their truth through examining
life and the experiences we all have. All of these paths and more are welcomed and explored. We value all
the viewpoints of our ministers and congregation, however varied and controversial they might be.
We believe in religious freedom, as long
as it does not infringe on the rights of others and is within the law.We welcome any who seek truth, wisdom
and tolerance

WHAT CEREMONY TYPES DO WE OFFER? A: We serve virtually every type of couple from purely civil to
religious and everything in between including nondenominational, interfaith, commitment and multicultural.
Ceremony Planning services..
Elegant and formal, fun and festive or short and simple. We will help transform
your ideas into the perfect wedding ceremony. A ceremony that celebrates your love and will create a cherished
memory for you, your family and friends.
We can help
as little or as much as you need. We have many sample ceremonies and vows and can help you create a personalized,
romantic and memorable wedding ceremony. We can help choreograph the processional, pick the perfect music, add a candle or
rose ceremony, include children, pets or special family members.
You will receive a draft of your ceremony and vows one week prior to the wedding for your approval.
We can conduct a wedding rehearsal prior to your wedding and go over all the final details. Practice makes perfect,
this is especially true if you are having a large wedding party!! Everyone needs to feel comfortable and know what they are
expected to do....we want your ceremony to go as planned.
We are available by email or phone anytime
you have a questions.
We can arrive up to 1 1/2 hours prior to the ceremony to coordinate with all the vendors, check
in with you to make sure everything is OK. For larger weddings two of us will arrive, one to conduct the ceremony
and the other will supervise the details so you can relax and enjoy your day! For smaller, less elaborate weddings
just one of us may show up.
We will dress according to your wishes....formal, casual, black
suit/dress, minister robes, Hawaiian shirts, clown outfit..you name it. If you do not specify attire we will arrive
in a black suit/dress. We will help you with all the licensing paperwork and will file it for you.
We
would love to help you plan a wedding getaway. On a tropical beach, Vegas Baby, the zoo, your grandmothers back
yard, a hot air balloon, a sail boat, the ball park, on a golf course, wherever you had your first date......the possibilities
are endless and we can make them come true. We are up to the task of designing something truly unique and fun for you and
your guests. Maybe this is your 2nd or 3rd wedding, you want to renew your vows, have a commitment ceremony, themed or costume wedding....
we can help you write special vows and design a ceremony to fit the special location or event.
